The 10th China Flower Expo with the theme “Blossoming Chinese dream” will be held on Chongming Island, Shanghai, China from the 21st of May until the 2nd of July 2021. The China Flower EXPO is the largest and most influential national flower event in China. The organisation expects to receive three million visitors during the Expo.
Rotterdam- Provincie Zuid Holland Garden
Under the framework of the Sister city relationship between Rotterdam and Shanghai, and the fact that flora-/ horticultural sector is one of the strategic key sectors in Zuid-Holland Province, Province of Zuid-Holland, City of Rotterdam and the Dutch Consulate-General in Shanghai jointly decided to accept the invitation from the organization of the 10th China Flower EXPO to participate this event.
As the China service desk of Province of Zuid Holland, Dutch Sino Business Promotions is honoured to be assigned as the coordination organization of the construction of the Zuid-Holland / Rotterdam Garden.
Tender delivarables
Each bidder should provide a standard bidding document package below to Dutch Sino Business Promotions, the China activity service provider of Province of Zuid-Holland by email. The package must include documents below:
A ppt document to present all necessary design explanation must include theme of the garden, vision of the project and idea of the design
Conceptual design with effect picture including bird’s eye view and main structure, jpg
Construction implementation plan with floor plan and annotation, jpg and CAD
A detailed excel document to indicated budget overview
- A copy of the legal qualification to indicate the joint construction team has legal rights to construct in China
Bidding deadline
The deadline of the bidding document submission is 17:00 on 23 August 2020.
