The Partners for International Business (PIB) Water agreement provides a possible springboard for Dutch entrepreneurs and offers opportunities in China for Dutch entrepreneurs and knowledge institutes. The aim is to provide Chinese urban development with solutions and improvements in spatial planning and water management.

Within the PIB, DSBP helps to organise trade missions, incoming visits, knowledge events and trade fairs. It receives help from the Dutch embassy in Beijing and the Consulate General in Guangzhou. Partners for International Business With Partners for International Business (PIB), the Dutch government seeks to enter into a partnership with the business community. This program focuses on groups of companies, possibly supplemented by knowledge institutions, that want to enter a foreign market together.
